Having searched for ages for one of these we decided to buy the G4 because we always have to have the best for our dog Dave. There was an unfortunate delay on delivery caused by the suppliers but this was communicated very quickly by Susanna, and was only a week. We were offered a refund if we wanted but we decided we'd wait. I cannot express enough how excellent the service and communication has been from Susanna, who kept me informed and reassured throughout the process from ordering to delivery. The G4 was an instant success with Dave and his eyes nearly popped out his head the moment he saw the balls. We've only had it a couple of days and whilst he hasn't yet learnt he can drop the balls in himself, he associates the machine with playtime and he often sits and stares at it waiting for it to play. I am so glad we chose this machine and this company. It is quite an expensive toy but the experience so far, and the joy it has brought to us all, is well worth the investment.
